For quicker uploading please compress files together first by using WinZip (StuffIt for Mac).
You must be using Internet Explorer 5.0 or newer or Netscape on a PC. Macintosh users must use Fetchworks. Once logged in, you can drag / drop or copy and paste your file(s) into the browser window.
IMPORTANT for Internet Explorer 7.0 users: You will have to go to View/Open FTP in Windows Explorer in order to view our FTP site as you did before upgrading to IE7.
You can also use an FTP program such as WSFTP PRO by creating a new site and entering the following:
Host name or IP address: digital.arcprint.com or 68.179.65.92
Host name or IP address: digital.arcprint.com or 68.179.65.92
User ID: vancustomer
Password: digitalexpress (all lower case)
Please send an email to files@arcprint.com or repro@arcprint.com stating specs and all pertinent info ONLY after the file(s) have copied over.
